• Obtained “Portfolio Management License” from The Prime Ministry of Turkey Capital Markets Board, in 2001.
• Acquired by Ergo International AG in 2006.
• Legal name changed as ErgoIsvicre Portfoy Yonetimi in 2007 and as Ergo Portfoy Yonetimi in 2010.
• Renewed “Portfolio Management License” from the Prime Ministry of Turkey Capital Markets Board in line with the new Capital Markets Legislation in 2015.
• Acquired by QInvest LLC of Qatar and changed legal name to QInvest Portfoy Yonetimi A.S. in 2016.
